I'm Nib. Let's never type the same form twice.
- Give me your resume on the Hero sheet and I'll fill in most of it. Check what I found, fix anything, save. Add a Business profile too if you like.
- Set a master password in Settings to keep your SSN and VA file number encrypted.
- Answer the common screening questions in the Answer bank.
- On any form, press the FormQuest badge, then Fill. Use Teach when I don't know a box.
- For forms you repeat, like timesheets, press Record quest once and do it start to finish, Submit included. After that it's one click.
Fill this sheet from your resume
Pick a PDF, Word (.docx) or text file, or paste the text. I read it right here on your computer, show you what I found, and save only what you approve.
Answer bank
Answer these once. I match them even when a site words the question differently. For multiple choice, write the choice text, like "Yes" or "I am a protected veteran".
Quests
Recorded walk-throughs of forms you repeat. Record one from the on-page panel. A quest presses what you pressed, Submit included. Before a final button I check for empty required boxes, then count down 3 seconds so you can stop me. Change that in Settings.
Timesheet templates
These fill boxes taught or recorded as Monday hours, Project code and so on. Record your timesheet once as a quest, and each week it's one click.
